Kauffman Stadium will operate at partial capacity to open the 2021 season, and tickets to Royals games in April go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the team announced Wednesday.
Fans can buy single-game tickets exclusively at royals.com.
The Royals are planning to limit capacity in April to 10,000 fans, arranged in socially distanced pods. The club will determine potential changes to seating capacity on a monthly basis based on Kansas City health and safety protocols.
Ballpark protocols also will include the wearing of face coverings, no day-of-game sales and mobile ticket accessibility only.
The Royals will open the season April 1 at The K against the Texas Rangers.
